Unlawful Use or Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoids or Salvia Divinorum
Colorado Statute CRS 18-18-406—unlawful use or possession of synthetic cannabinoids or salvia divinorum—is a Class 2 drug misdemeanor offense . If convicted, offenders face up to a year of probation, 120 days in jail, and/or a fine of up to $500.
