Felony Conviction Firearm Prohibition

C.R.S. § 24-4.1-302

A prior felony conviction under C.R.S. 24-4.1-302(1) or listed offenses in C.R.S. 18-12-108(7) prohibits a person from possessing, using, or carrying a firearm or restricted weapon.
