I had a warrant for my arrest and owed several thousand dollars in restitution and court fees do to a traffic accident and no proof of insurance. This warrant was several years old. I had never been in trouble or arrested. I thought I would have to travel back to Colorado just to be arrested, come up with bail money plus pay restitution.
