I was wrongfully arrested and committed no crime but the violated party in a domestic violence case. Although my arrest was turned into a detainment, and I am grateful, I am still pained to have this trauma I experienced on my permanent record when the arrest was owed on my exes. Thank you for at least making a criminal felony charge into a detainment.
